Before purchasing the product, there are several important things you should consider in order to ensure that you make an informed decision and have the best possible experience with both our products and services. Will the Trike I received be assembled？
The trike is mostly assembled and we will provide you with the necessary tools and a comprehensive assembly video. Even if you are a novice, you can easily assemble your bike by following our step-by-step instructions.
What is the time for the trike to be shipped?
In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by LLAMA are estimates.

Will my accessories be shipped together with the trike?
Unfortunately, due to differences in arrival times, we ship the trike and accessories separately. Rest assured, you will receive your accessories as soon as possible after your trike arrives.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of being placed. Please contact customer service and provide your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to cancel. If your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations may be subject to a 15% transaction fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund.
