The bike is mostly assembled and we will provide you with the necessary tools and a comprehensive assembly video. Even if you are a novice, you can easily assemble your bike by following our step-by-step instructions.

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. 

For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by LLAMA are estimates.

For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

Unfortunately, due to differences in arrival times, we ship the ebikes and accessories separately. Rest assured, you will receive your accessories as soon as possible after your ebike arrives.

Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of being placed. Please contact customer service and provide your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to cancel. If your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations may be subject to a 15% transaction fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund.
