2. Eligibility Requirements

  • Only electric bikes (eBikes) qualify for this trade-in program.

  • The eBike must be in working condition (non-functional eBikes may still be accepted but at a reduced value).

  • You must be the legal owner (proof of purchase or receipt may be required).

3. Trade-In Process

  • Step 1: Bring your eBike to one of our authorized locations for a free appraisal:

  • Step 3: Receive an instant trade-in offer (up to $500) to apply toward a new eBike purchase.

4. Key Terms

  • Max credit: $500 (actual value depends on appraisal).

  • Non-electric bikes do not qualify—only eBikes accepted.
